Growth through productivity improvements
The Leicester Productivity Programme is a free to access business support programme available for Leicester-based SMEs, funded by Leicester City Council through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The service delivers measurable improvements by equipping SMEs with the understanding, knowledge and tools to add value to their business through productivity.
Designed and delivered by highly-experienced productivity experts, this programme utilises an industry-leading productivity diagnostic, underpinned by academic research, which identifies specific business critical areas wherein productivity gains can be made. Grant funding is available to give SMEs the opportunity to aid further long-term productivity improvements (eligibility criteria applies).

What’s on Offer?
- Access our Productivity Expert who will facilitate the development of a comprehensive and measurable Productivity Improvement Plan and support in productivity improvements
- Access our industry-leading productivity diagnostic tool, underpinned by academic research, that uses six high level productivity indicators and 30 performance measures to highlight focus areas for productivity improvements
- Access to £1,200 grant-match funding to aid productivity improvement projects delivered by third party coaches, consultants or coaches (eligibility criteria applies)
